My espresso machine holds 4 cups, and that’s how much coffee it took for me to wake up enough to eat a banana, lace my shoes and run out the door.

It’s raining as I look out from the window of my study and while this means that I don’t have to worry about watering the garden this evening, it might make for a wet run in the morning.

… to decide whether to go running today.  Neither Dai nor I felt at all like running.  It was periodically chucking it down with rain outside.  Dai’s kit was in his car and mine still dirty from my last run. 
How about a cup of coffee?
