LONG weekend with a run in the middle

So, a hearty thank you to all the readers of FosterRuns.com and to all those who have commented to boot… you have made both my writing and my running much more enjoyable and I hope that you will stay with me as I run headlong into a second year.

Weekend off

The shed was duly loaded into what can only be described as a prime contender for the ‘builders van of the year, 1989′ and father and sons trundled off… driving over the kerb at the corner of the road in the process.
