  • My approach is to consider the overarching client objectives, the desired consumer profile and the reality of the product in order to create an optimal campaign strategy. 
  • This can then be used to inform the pitch and/or to drive the creative process, planning, selection of staff and so on in an efficiently systemised way.

If you don’t have an in-house creative team, I can help provide your team with the understanding and skills they need to muster their creative juices.

  • Brainstorms that are run as ordinary meetings will generally fail to get past the really obvious ideas, but these skills can be learned and applied, as well as being used to create a more dynamic working environment.
  • For example, pragmatic Account Managers are great at executing jobs, but also good at killing sapling creative ideas stone dead. 
  • I can help them understand why they do this and how they can participate more fully in the creative process.
